Where do you ship?
I am still a one-woman show, so I ship only to the continental US. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii (lucky you) and see something you would like on the site, please get in touch and I will see what I can do!
I use recycled packing materials and source sustainable wrapping materials for orders big and small.
Where do you source your wood?
I source wood a few different ways. The first is through a local supplier of sustainably harvested hardwoods that come from all over. The second is through a partnership with a lovely local arborist. Lastly, when appropriate and ethical, I will source from my own woodland and tiny orchard.
Can I place a custom order?
I am pretty experimental with my work and make things that I like and that I would (and do) keep and use in my own home. I make small batches of things. Sometimes they are wares that are brand new in the line up and never make a reappearance. Other times they are repeats or different iterations of a line or product that has made an appearance before. That being said, if you do not see something on the site that you like or if you missed out on a first batch of something let me know and I will see what I can put together for you.
Returns
As I am a small maker and all pieces are unique and made to order, I can’t offer returns. If a piece breaks or there is an issue with craftsmanship, we can talk about it. However, in most instances, I will only be able to offer replacements in the rare cases of damage. Thank you for understanding.
